Lewisham double ensuite, 5 mins to station

The bedroom

**Short term let only - up to 6 months**

This room and bathroom to let is the whole second floor of our house, on a quiet street just near Lewisham station. It is newly furnished and includes a double bedroom and en-suite shower room and toilet.

We have a one year old Australian Labradoodle Puppy so you would have to be okay with a dog in the house, but he is very friendly.

The house is well located if you need to get into Central London easily as Lewisham has about 10 trains an hour (10 mins to London Bridge) and we are a 5 minute walk from the station.
The house and the room are very quiet. The room is newly furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and there is eaves storage space. There is a shower room beside it that is just for this room.

My partner works from home everyday and I work about 50/50 from home and office. We cook every evening and sometimes watch TV.
