Hello! We have a single room available in our 3 bed flatshare as our flatmate is moving out.
£504 rent + bills paid on 1st of each month (council tax band C)
£540 deposit and it is DPS protected - needing to provide the landlord photo ID, 3 month bank statement, reference from your current landlord & your job. We're tenants & you would be on the contract.

Access info: the flat is up 2 flights of stairs and there is no lift. It is a mezzanine flat, so the bedrooms and bathroom are up a flight of stairs in the flat.

You’ll be living with myself (Meg, she/her) and Amy (she/her), we’re both in our late twenties, and like to use the living room as a communal space to socialise. Amy's lived here 2.5 years and I've lived here for 1 year. I'm vegan and Amy is vegetarian, and our preference is to live with another vegetarian/vegan. We up pretty early for work, so ideally looking for a housemate who won’t mind us going to bed around 10/11pm. Amy is a teacher and I work in events, wfh 3 days a week.

The location itself is ideal. It’s a 5 minute walk from Lewisham station and the DLR for all your commuter needs, nearby to the bustling high street (featuring a market and many a charity shop), alongside plenty of parks when you need to escape the big city life. We’re walking distance / a short bus ride away from all the other south east gems, such as Greenwich, Deptford and New Cross. And even better, we live mere minutes away from the BIG Tesco, so your clubcard points will be booming.
