My lovely flatmate is moving out of London, so I’m looking for someone to join me in this modern 2 bed 1 bath flat in a Lewisham high rise 🌆

About the flat:

- Bright and spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living room
- Open-plan kitchen/living space
- Big balcony with sunset views across Lewisham, Crystal Palace & central London (you can see the Shard!) ✨
- 5 min walk to Lewisham DLR/train, 1-min walk to Asda, Sainsbury’s, The Gym Group, and Anytime Fitness
- 9 mins to London Bridge by train

The room:
- Comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe

About me:
I’m 27, work full-time in advertising and also have a few creative side quests (photography and personal branding to name two). In my spare time I'm usually doing something active, cooking, or watching TV. I love having a calm, wholesome home and would love to live with someone I can chat with and share the space in a friendly, respectful way.

Looking for someone who’s:
- Clean, chill, and considerate
- Open to sharing the occasional dinner, show, or chat, but also independent
- Just good vibes really 💝

The boring stuff:
- Rent: £920/ month
- Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
- Bills: approx £200/month incl. council tax + internet
- We clean weekly ourselves, but open to hiring a cleaner if you prefer!
- Viewings: Since I am away until 16th June, viewings will be held from 17th June onwards.
- Important: move in date can be flexible but the referencing process can take a couple of weeks so please bear this in mind!
