En suite Room / Flat 29th floor / panoramic view

Hi!
My name is Nour and I am looking preferably for a female professional to share my amazing brand new flat / penthouse style apartment on the 29th floor with a panoramic view over the city of London and Canary Wharf! The apartment is in Lewisham just on top of Lewisham station (direct commutes to London bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich), with a Tesco superstore just down the building.

The building is brand new with high standard architectural and modern amenities. It is a serviced apartments building with a parcel room, security 24/7, a gym, cinema, library, coworking space, lounges, game room and multiple terraces and outdoor spaces all included in the rent! I am already living in the apartment and it is completely furnished with all amenities, kitchen stuff and everything so I am preferably looking for a female professional, tidy, clean and respectful who does not have furnitures preferably only personal belongings as the apartment is already furnished.

I have a cleaning lady who comes weekly and her cost as well as bills will need to be shared (internet is already included in rent). No smoking and no pets allowed.

I work as a construction manager and I am travelling most of the workdays so many days a week you will have the whole apartment for yourself. I am a social person, I am also creative I love music, dancing and painting as well as cooking a nice meal or go to the theatre so would love to share some nice social times sometimes with my roomate.

Please note this is a cotenancy so you need to go through referencing with the landlord and have a yearly salary of at least 37,275K to qualify.
