We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home from 4 May (earlier move-in possible).

*Who we’re looking for*
We’d love to find someone who:
Is aged 30–40
Is a working professional
Can commit to a 1-year contract
Can work from home part-time (not full-time)
Is chill, sociable, and up for being part of the household (we’re friends as well as housemates)
Is queer-friendly
Is happy living with a cat
Doesn’t smoke indoors (but the garden is fair game)

*The Room*
Small double room
Furnished with double bed + 2 wardrobes
Extra storage available elsewhere in the house
£490/month rent
Bills capped at £150/month (includes council tax - band D, utilities & WiFi)

*The House*
A large, end-of-terrace family home on a quiet hilltop. It’s a lived-in home rather than a showroom with:
Massive, well-loved garden (we grow veg 🌱)
Bright conservatory full of plants
Big open kitchen/dining/living space
Spare multipurpose room (laundry / WFH space)
Bathroom with shower upstairs + extra WC downstairs

*About Us*
We are:
Rich – picture framer & workshop manager, partnered with:
Vanessa – interior design project manager
Kenny – graphic designer
We’re all in our 30s, friendly and fairly chill. We hang out, cook together now and then, and usually have a communal TV show on the go.
Also in residence: Beni the cat (chaotic but lovable).
We have a private landlord who lives abroad who’s friendly and hands-off.

5 min walk to Lewisham station, town centre, Tesco, & Blackheath Common
Walking distance to Blackheath & Greenwich
20–30 mins to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Victoria, Charing Cross, Waterloo East & Canary Wharf
