NO Students /single occupancy only - Lovely top floor in house. Its very private as there is only 1 other person on your floor.
Lots of windows, skylights to the roof, several electrical wall sockets, lovely outlook to the park in the front of the house.

There is a double king bed, hanging rail and small cupboard.

There is a huge kitchen with a large dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and lots of cupboard space for your food.

We are a busy house and all professionals so we tend to work regular hours and come back in the evenings after the gym.

There is a bright garden at the back of the house which is private and quiet.

The house mates are all very respectful about noise as we go to bed quite early for work.
We are happy, social very gently respectful and easy to live with.. Not demanding.
The house is large and there is a feeling of lots of space.

It would suite someone who likes living in front of a park, likes a quiet house and an easy going person and independent.

The are established rules in the house that keep it noise free, clean and NO STUDENTS.
We want to live in a mature house. :)

Bills - Gas and Electric (roughly according to your usage)

There is a washing machine/ separate dryer and all mod cons so live is easy. :)
