Double Room in lovely shared house.

You: Ideally between 23 - 26, in full time employment. Earning £30k per annum. Have a guarantor if needed. Respectful of other peoples space and things, fun and engaging. Quiet after 10pm during the week. Doesn't drink to excess or do drugs. Happy to keep the communal areas clean.

Room: Large double room, full of light. You will see the there is no bed currently as some people have there own beds. If you don't have a bed & mattress it can be supplied. The room has a large wardrobe and three chest of drawers of various sizes.

Flatmates: 3 guys who all get on really well but give each other space. Working hard so need a flatmate who is quiet after 10pm and is working during the day.

House: has a kitchen, double oven & American Fridge Freezer. 2 bathrooms, a lounge for chilling in and a large garden and patio for those long summer evening, s. Flatmates keep the house clean.

Travel: 8 min walk to train stations (Hither green or Lewisham). Fast links to Victoria, London Bridge, Charring Cross and Canary Wharf (DLR). Local Busses 5 min walk.

Bills are in the tenants names and are approx £100 per month (includes all bills & Council Tax). Council Tax is £196 per month band E. Council Tax costs will be split amongst 3 people as one person is a student.
