We live in a cosy three-bedroom house with a garden, an outdoor pizza oven, paddling pool, a PlayStation, home-grown chillis, a dishwasher, lots of maps and a milkman. All bills are included.

Location

We are about a 12-15 minutes walk from Leyton tube. It is 20 minute or a short cycle to Stratford and Westfield. The Olympic Park is very close by as is Hackney Wick where there are lots of restaurants, bars and a canal. We are also a 10-minute walk to the Leytonstone High Road and Maryland overground stations.

Room

You have a lovely sunny room at the back of the house. It is a double bed and there is a built in wardrobe and big chest of drawers and a big bedside table. You will need your own bedding.

Who lives here?

Georgia who is a freelance writer and 'TV and Trash' enthusiast. George who is an actor, quiz host and budding fiction writer lives in another room with me (Suzy). I work for a research institution and charity and in my spare time I like cooking, yoga and exploring London. We are quite busy people but when we can we do like to make pancakes, cook on the BBQ/pizza oven, play board games, enjoy a dinner on a Sunday night or do the local Park Run together. Don’t worry we will not force you to do the Park Run!

I am the live in lady but I do feel that my house doesn’t feel like ‘home’ if other people do not feel at home. So I am not neurotic and I do want people to enjoy living here as much as I do. This house is well suited to someone who likes a mix of socialising at home and their own space. We like the house to be reasonably tidy so looking for someone wants the same.
