Cosy double room available in large 3-bed end of terrace house on Ruckholt Road in Leyton. £545 GBP per month rent plus bills (approx. £120 a month including utilities, Sky, WiFi and cleaner)

The room has a big double bed, x1 large wardrobe, chest of drawers. It’s a smaller room but the house has lots of space for 3 people to share- including a large kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining room / sitting room with a comfy couch and large TV. We also have extra storage in the basement and a nice garden out the back to enjoy in summer!

Conveniently-located only 3 mins walk to Leyton tube (Central line Zone 3- 12 /15 mins on the tube to Liverpool Street/ Bank) its a great location for a young professional working in the city (if we ever make it back to offices!).

We are also adjacent to a large Asda supermarket, Hackney Marshes, as well as the Olympic Park, the Canal and all the amenities this up-and-coming area has to offer. It’s also near to Stratford (Westfield Shopping Centre only one tube stop away).

We are Natasha and Eoin (pronounced Owen!) a English girl (33) and Irish guy (34) who have busy careers in charity and tech. Our third housemate, Holly is moving to a new area so we're looking to replace her. We are all good friends and want someone who will be as easy going and friendly . We tend to keep it very quite during the week as we have demanding jobs with long hours and like to enjoy our evenings at home cooking and relaxing. We are looking for an LGBT-friendly housemate (male or female) to share our home with. Please note this room is for single occupancy only, having friends/partners etc. staying over once or twice a week is fine but we're not looking for a fourth house mate.

We have busy lives but do occasionally stay in together watching movies and love to cook a big roast for each other on Sundays! Ideally we are looking for a friendly fun person, late twenties to mid thirties, young professional- short term lets considered.
