I have a furnished double bedroom with en-suite available in a beautiful new build in a large apartment that I rent in Leyton. I am not a live in landlord.

The apartment has a large open plan kitchen and living room which includes a large kitchen table, two sofas, dishwasher and washing machine.

A little bit about me: I am an easy going and social Irish guy who works as a freelance marketer in music and hospitality. I am quite house proud and I enjoy cooking and sharing the occasional meal or watching a movie with my flatmate as well as leaving you to your own plans. Once lockdown ends I will probably be out 3-5 nights a week working at gigs or catching up with friends. The move in date is also flexible, so please do enquire even if you think the timeline might not work.

I do love my music, going to gigs (when we are allowed again), going for long cycles on the weekend, love cooking brunch, a Netflix binge and like for us both to feel like the apartment is our home and we can enjoy a drink together.

Having a chilled and fun home is important for me that we both feel it has that. I am happy to have a chat over the phone or video to get to know more about each other and the flat.

The bedroom comes with built in wardrobe and is large enough to comfortably fit a desk and chair. Beside the apartment is also a co-working space, yoga studio, podcast studio, cafe as well as being less than 10 minutes from Leyton tube!

Bills are not included in the rent - on average around 130 pounds per month, everything included.

The olympic park is a stones throw away and great for beautiful walks along the canal as well as a tonne of cafes, bars and restaurants.
