One of our housemates is moving out next week (17/05/21) and we have a large double room to rent!
The house is detached with two bathrooms, a large kitchen / dining space and a private garden. We’re practically next to two corner shops and a pub 60 seconds from the front door!
We’re about 7 mins walk from Leyton station which is right next to a large 24 hour Asda as well as a TK Maxx, gym, restaurants etc.
Currently the house is made up of a bunch of actors / creatives and we’re looking for someone similar who will fit in to a pretty chilled environment and have a laugh at the same time.
Base rent is £450 and bills are roughly £90 a month so would come to about £540 all in.
