Hi Wonderful Tennants,

We are looking for a single Tennant, who wants to have their own space comprised mainly of the bottom floor of the house and to share the communal kitchen area with us. Communal areas shared out to the garden and kitchen access we will all use together to get to the garden. This would suit a professional who is a single person. Short let's welcome. No kids, This is a very quiet home. We prefer no pets, as we have cats next door who seem to have taken over the garden anyway. There is a living-room, newly fitted shower and double bedroom you will completely have to yourself, as it's all on the bottom floor of the house, which separates us all. Only the kitchen and entrance we share near you're adjacent rooms. We of course also need to maintain the property etc. The doors all close to your main rooms. This is a fully furnished house, so you only need to bring your clothes and buy your own food and general bits and bobs to cook for yourself, yet fully kitted out for you to just move in right away. The house is large, so we are out your way doing our own thing, as I am a tutor, I therefore work from home a lot, aswell as travel a lot, so I'm away for weeks or sometimes not, and so therefore my partner and I live a busy lifestyle. My partner owns a company in the fashion industry. Also, our house is certainly enough to feel free and enjoy your own rooms. We want compatibility and not to feel 'we are walking on eggshells either.' I am also very quiet and like to totally keep to my own business focus daily. There is a time for everything. You won't see much of me at all! I truly like to stick to myself. To make that clear, during the week days. We are both very kind and friendly people. Just extremely busy individuals!

The house is no smoking. We also have a common ground of hygiene and hope when you walk into the house, after being to the shops and on tubes etc that you logically wash hands, just to keep things bacteria free, aswell as shoes off as you enter. Just those basic askings. The house is really big, so much space, and you won't need to worry about bumping into eachother too much. We have two other floors above you where my partner and I both live mostly, aswell as our own livingroom. Most of the time though he's away week days and it's only me in the house. We do take an ID for safety reasons aswell as two refs.

We are looking for a responsible, mature person who is trustworthy. This is not a party house. We hope the person who moves in for a stay, is like us and really values their space!

We hope to meet our compatible guest soon, we just would like a relaxed and tidy, respectful character. Kindness and respect make a happy home. We take what you say as initial face value. We are looking for an independent person, and who does not work from home. Ideally, most of the time. If they do, we just need to understand eachothers space and noise reduction.

Feel free to discuss further so we can discuss the date we are deciding to move a new person in with us, we are not negotiating on £1200, all bills included. The house is for a responsible adult, who will even have their own livingroom. What you see, is totally you'res to use individually and sole use, for the livingroom, bathroom and bedroom. We know what is good in London with prices, and certainly won't hold you down if you want to leave. We will negotiate a given notice period.

Ps: email us and let us know a bit about you first. We will do checks that are necessary and references when the time comes and happy to arrange a call or video call first. Reference checks from previous landlords are a must. No family or friends references allowed.

Pss: all bills inc and we are also open to Monday to Friday living offers if you travel to work from outside of London and need a place to live during the time.

Transport is excellent. Leyton Midland RD Overground is only 5 min walk away. Leyton is 10 min bus ride away to the central line. Walthamstow station is 10 min bus away to the Victoria. And Stratford Westfield is so easy to get to, takes around 15 mins on the bus. So Victoria and central lines aswell as overland all in close proximity to us.
