SUMMER Sublet Bright Double Room Leyton

Living Room

Hi everyone,

My name is Zula and I am looking for a short-term flatmate for July-August for my lovely 2 bedroom flat in Leyton.

The flat
There is a shared living room with lots of plants, a fully furnished modern separate kitchen, and a shared bathroom (with a bath for those long soaks after work). The flat is located 5min walk to Leyton High Road, and about 10min walk to Leyton Underground (Central Line), and you can easily walk to Hackney Marshes, or Walthamstow. The building also has a shared garden which we can use all year round. I have a projector in the living room which you can use to watch films, or just do your emails on a large screen.

The room
The double room is available in the summer for 2 months or so (flexible on move-in and out). There are no agency fees, but a deposit is required. I have a king-size bed with lots of storage, and a desk if you want to work from home. We also have super quick wifi in the flat for all of your Netflix needs.

About me:
I work as a photographer and photography lecturer, and interested in all things visual culture. I will be away in April to work on a new project so looking to sublet my room for 4-5 weeks or so.

The other flatmate:
In her early 30s, works for Greenpeace and is in the local running club. She is often up for a glass of wine or a pint in the local pub.

Little bit about you:
I am looking for a clean, friendly and considerate person. Perfect if you are coming for an internship, or are just in between flats. The flat is a welcoming social space and LGBTQIA+ friendly, all genders welcome 🏳️‍🌈 I am looking for one flatmate, sorry no couples, well-behaved dogs are also welcome. Ideally working professionals or mature students.

Accessibility: There is no lift in the building, and the flat is on the second floor.
