Small room in a newly refurbished garden flat

Hello, I am a 35 year old professional looking for someone to fill a single room in the flat who ideally is quite social.

Bed is a small double with under bed storage, open wardrobe and chest of drawers. Room isn't the biggest, but i have not long ago refurbished the flat from the ground up, so is well kept flat with lots of shared space. The room gets full light and is the brightest room in the house! Also a lovely garden in a very quiet and safe area. Francis road and corner shops and pubs very close.

Use of the shared spaces encouraged and theres an office set up in the lounge that i never use so if your wfh then feel free to use that!

Very fast internet, secure house, potential for parking

Meeting before pretty essential as ideally want to get on!

Im pretty easy going, and don't think i have any annoying habits! Enjoy sports, pretty tidy and respectful of personal space.
