There is a big TV, very fast Wi-Fi, a home working setup with a desk and monitor, and a king-sized bed with a Tempur mattress and Simba pillows.

It is a 12-minute walk to the Central line (Leyton), a 6-minute walk to the Overground (Leyton Midland Road), or a 10-minute bus ride to Walthamstow Central for the Victoria line.

There is a massive shared garden with a picnic bench and clothesline. Trendy Frances Road is at the end of the garden, with boutique shops, restaurants, bakeries, a wine bar, hairdressers, a record store, a book store, etc.

Great pubs and breweries are located in neighbouring Walthamstow Village and Blackhorse Road. Big supermarkets for grocery shopping are within walking distance, or there is a direct bus to Stratford Westfields, a 60-second walk from the front door.
