The flat is located between Walthamstow Central on the Victoria line and Leyton on the central line so it's ideal for commuting.
The room and flat are a decent size. I often work from home during the day so would suit a professional who is out.
I'm a live in landlord so looking for some one I can share the space with, I'm a 38 year old male and work as a freelance photographer. I'm very social but don't tend to have people back to the flat. I have a love of film and art but also being tidy :)!!!
Rent is £750 per month inc bills but happy to reduce if you only need Monday - Friday.
