The space is a single bedroom in a quiet professional home. We work from home, and the house is 20-30 minutes from four major train stations (Leyton, Midlands, Walthamstow and Blackhorse).
Access to a corner shop, library, Churches, Mosques, Schools, gym, park, gas station and other amenities.
Short-stay booking is welcome—a collaborative effort to keep the house safe and clean—respectable homeowners and lodgers.
Deposit as per lodgers' contract.
