The house is large, with a large open plan sitting room with a dining room and a separate kitchen. There is a private garden facing south, a sun trap. The property has 3 bathrooms between the 4 house sharers. There are the usual kitchen facilities such asa couple of large fridges, a cooker, washer, clothes dryer. There’s also a tv, and high speed WiFi. All bills are included, including a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every 2 weeks.

The house is in a quiet Victorian street, less than 5 minutes walk from Leyton central line. It’s also less than 15 minutes walk to Stratford Westfield and the international station, with the Olympic park only 15 mins walk away.

In the local area there’s some decent pubs such as the Leyton Star, good food places along Leyton high street such as Deeneys.
