The room is in a 3 bed flat at the Walthamstow end of Leyton. It is off Lea Bridge Road. 5 minutes walk from Leyton Leisure Centre and the big Tesco. 20 minutes from Walthamstow Central. Rent includes bills, including council tax. The room comes with its own bathroom. It has a small double bed, which looks small in the photos but is definitely a decent size.
