⭐️ Beautiful double room in a homely home 🌳🏠

A spacious double room is available in our lovely home in Leyton which comes with two housemates & two almost indistinguishable black cats.

The room is on the first floor and shares the main bathroom with one other housemate. The property is a cozy victorian terrace, has a fire we sometimes light in the winter and a garden for summer BBQs!

About us: one charity marketing manager and one software engineer. We both sometimes work from home (and are happy for another WFH person to join). It's a really friendly household, occasionally sharing meals, playing board games, watching films and generally hanging out. Having said that, we're also respectful of personal space as that's really important too.

We'd love to find someone who is looking for a long term home and has a soft spot for cats.

The nearest tube station is Leyton which is 20 minutes to Bank on the central line. The olympic park, Hackney marshes and Wanstead flats are all within walking distance. Victoria Park is an easy cycle away (or a longer walk ofc). Cycle routes into central london are great. After victoria park there's a cycle way that takes you through mile end and right into the heart of the city.

Rent is £1100 per month, which includes bills (incl. superfast internet) and weekly cleaning.
