Living room, bedroom, kitchen with space for dining, bathroom.. plus a garden with 'summer house' (its a shed), plus a covered space outside the kitchen. Its furnished, as seen in the pictures - although I'll clear all the clutter and leave wardrobe/ drawers/ cupboards/ fridge etc all empty for you to use as your own.

Kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas oven.
The flat has broadband internet and TV you can use.

The cat in the last picture is Pumpkin, who lives next door and likes to glare in through the window. If you're into cats feel free to let him in, he'll then glare at you from the sofa.
