A lovely double close to central London. This cozy room comprise a built in wardrobe, desk, chair and a double bed furnished with bedding. A modern kitchen diner with an elegant bathroom and an additional stylish lavatory equipped with floating toilet sink and a LED mirror light. There is a private balcony for relaxing. Couples are welcome at a rate of £1300 per month. There are currently 2 housemates (excluding landlord) and 2 pet cats in the house and myself (landlord). I am versatile and easy to get along with. I keep my home respectfully clean and tidy and expect housemates to follow suit. I am looking for respectful professionals with a friendly approach. All bills and council tax included. When you live with me expect a versatile easy going kind of girl who likes conversation and a good laugh now and again. I’m easily adaptable and reasonable.
