We’re looking for one more housemate to join us, its a large double room that is available to moving in from 14th March.

Our house location in Leyton within 0.2 miles walking distance to Leyton station within 5 minutes or walking distance to Westfield Stratford within 12 minutes. The location is amazing and I have a great experience living here is one of the safest area in London especially getting home after mid night.

Double bedroom - share bathroom, toilet, access to kitchen.
Rent: 224/per week - Bills includes

No pets, no smokers unfortunately. International student welcome.

We’re both super easygoing and very clean and tidy. We lived together for the past year, and we’d love to live with like-minded people, who want a chill, relax, friendly and respect each others and low maintenance/easy to live with, just like us.
