- The room is located upstairs of a two-floored home and there is only 1 other person who lives upstairs (while my family lives downstairs)
- The Owner will not accept any female occupants and only will accept a male occupant
- The male occupant must be roughly the ages of 27-50 (but the Owner may be willing to make exceptions) and must NOT be a smoker or drinker
