Hi everyone! We’re Ciara and Justine (31 & 32 yo) and we’re looking for a new housemate!
The house is a newly renovated, 3 bed Victorian terrace house with 1 bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet, a cute courtyard, open plan kitchen / diner and a cosy lounge.
We’re located right next to Leyton Midland Road station (1 min walk down a quiet street), or a 15 minute walk to leyton station ( central line), there are also buses every 5 minutes at the end of the road to Leyton station which take about 7 mins!
We’re about 100m away from the new wine bars and bakeries of tilbury road arches and walking distance to both Frances Road and Walthamstow Village 🍷
We love to keep a cute and clean home, and love a walk, roast and wine 🫶🏼 but also appreciate solo down time.
