Sublet - Double room on Francis Road

I have a spare double room in my flat, located on the lovely street of Francis Road in Leyton. It’s a large double bedroom with a south-facing garden. The room comes furnished with a desk. The sublet runs from March to June - potentially longer or shorter - happy to discuss the length.

About me:

You’ll be sharing with me. I’m in my 30s, work for local government, and do hybrid office work. Outside of work, I obsess about food, wine, cats (I know, what a cliché), 60s music, film, cinema, and gardening. I also love pub quizzes and exploring new exhibitions.

Location:

It’s a Victorian terrace located on the lovely Francis Road. It’s a quiet street in Leyton with cute cafés, pubs, and bars. About a 10-minute walk to the Central Line, Oxford Circus in 20 minutes, and buses that run to Hackney late at night.

About you:

Someone around my age, looking for a chilled, clean and well-kept home. I’d love to have the occasional dinner together and socialise, but also someone who is independent. Ideally looking for someone who is office-based / hybrid.
