Unfurnished double room available in my furnished flat in Leyton.

You’d be living with just me and my dog (very friendly cockapoo) so you would need to be comfortable around dogs.

I’m pretty easygoing and keep the place calm, tidy and homely — it’s definitely more “cosy sanctuary” than party flat

I work from home Wednesday–Friday, but there’s a separate converted basement workspace you’re welcome to use around those days if you also work or study from home.

✔ £1,000 per month – ALL bills included
✔ Household essentials included (cleaning products, toilet paper etc.)
✔ Cleaner every 2 weeks (can also clean your room & change sheets if you’d like)
✔ Furnished flat / unfurnished room
✔ 25 min walk or ten min bus to either Leyton or Walthamstow station

I’m mainly looking for someone considerate, clean and easy to live with. Bonus points if you like dogs.
