The flat is close to Francis Road and the Olympic Park/ Hackney Marshes and is 5-10 minutes from a big Asda.

Room will be furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe, bedside table and a desk - you’re welcome to work from home. The room is next to a family bathroom with a shower/ bath. Other furnishings can be discussed ahead of moving in.

Flat has an open plan well-equipped kitchen (with kitchen diner), dinning area and living area, including a TV. You will have access to a washing machine. The living area opens out onto a south facing balcony. The flat is situated on a quiet road.

I am a live-in landlord who has recently purchased the flat - I’m 29, work in Shoreditch at a consultancy and spend my time playing rugby/ running and generally getting out and about in London. I’m looking for a clean, easy-going professional who is happy for a social environment in the flat, whilst also respecting personal space.
