Small double Room in Leyton - 2 Bed House – £950 a month, all Bills Included

I’m looking to rent out my 2nd room including a shared bathroom, kitchen and garden.

Room partly furnished, has a built in wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, bed frame but no mattress. Room is going to be repainted aswell.

You would be sharing this beautiful house with myself Alex (landlord), my cat Kovu 🐈‍⬛ and time to time my family dog King 🐶 who I regularly dog sit, so you need to be a animal lover. I work full time as a project officer, with 3 days working from home so ideal if you mainly work in the office. I’m a social, easy going person who regularly has friends and family over as well as enjoy going out for drinks/food and enjoy an art exhibition or two.. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and is happy to hang out occasionally but also likes their independence and space.
Also I am veggie and have a seafood allergy so no fish can be cooked in the house . So would be preferred if you are vegetarian but not a must.

I also love plants as you will see, so feel free to bring as many as you like if you have 😊🪴

As much as a I love pets, as I already have my cat and dog I cannot have any other animals in the house 😪

15 minute walk to Maryland
Multiple busses to Stratford which take less than 10 minutes or 15-20 minute walk to the station and Westfield.
