Hello!
We are three professionals living in Leyton, and we have a room coming up for rent from the 1st of May.
It's £625 a month, not including bills, with a £721 security deposit. Our landlord does require references. Council tax band D.
The room is really nice, two built in wardrobes and comes with a bed, chest of drawers and a desk (but you're welcome to bring your own furniture if you need). It overlooks the garden and gets lots of light, and is right next to the shared bathroom. We have two cats and a pet snake so must be ok with that! But I don't think we can introduce any more pets.
It's about a 5-10 minute walk to Leyton station with good transport links on the central line. Close to a big Asda and Leyton high street.
