A bright east facing furnished room in Leyton very close to Francis Road shops, cafes, Saturday market, restaurants and the Leyton tube (Zone 3) is a 15-20 min walk. On-street parking is available.

The Francis Road pedestrianised area and local shops are within 2 mins walk and there is a Saturday food market. There are a few trendy cafes and restaurants nearby. The well-known Walthamstow street market which has a large variety of shops and cafes, a cinema and a shopping centre is a 15 mins bus ride.

Whipps Cross Hospital, the Westfield shopping centre and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park are also easily accessible; walking, by bus or tube (one stop).

The room gets morning sun and overlooks a quiet residential street and is furnished with a double bed with a firm mattress, a built-in wardrobe, a mirror, table and chair, a bedside table and lamp. Any additional small furniture can be provided if necessary.

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, wireless broadband and Council Tax. It also includes shared use of the kitchen, the first floor bathroom and the garden.

This is an environmentally friendly minimalistic home and the room would be suitable for a quiet, non-smoking full-time working person. She or he would be sharing facilities with myself and one/two other lodgers, we all enjoy quiet lifestyles and some chats in the kitchen which overlooks the patio area, pond and garden.

References and Deposit required. A satisfactory credit check is desirable. Tenancy agreement.
