A large room for one person available with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and table in a Victorian house on a quiet street in Leyton. ( the furniture may be slightly different to the photo) Very close to shops and supermarkets and an 8-10 minute walk to Leyton tube on the Central line ( 23 mins to Oxford Circus). The house has a kitchen with washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. It is centrally heated, bills are included but there may be a small surcharge to cover any increase in the cost of gas & electric. There is lovely garden for the use of the tenants and a small communal sitting room. There a two tenants, one male and one female, the house is kept clean and tidy and is a friendly but quiet, respectful house so looking for the same in another tenant. Definitely not a party house and older tenants preferred, 30 +. Close to Westfield Stratford and open spaces of Hackney Marshes and Olympic Park. **Please give some information about yourself if interested in the room, ie, age, occupation etc. Viewings will be on 3rd and 4th April
