Excellent value double room, for single use to rent in Leyton just off Francis road. Walking distance to Leyton underground station, Leytonstone underground station and Leyton Midland Road Overground station. A stones throw away from Yardarm wine bar, Marmellos restaurant and Leyton high street with all its amenities.

What you get:
The flat is on a quiet residential street and we have really lovely neighbours. It is on the first floor split over 2 levels and has a really good sized living room. The bedroom is on the 1st floor and comes furnished with a double divan bed and a wardrobe. I’m really bad at taking photos and have managed to make them all look dark..... it actually really bright in the whole flat in real life! It is the smallest of the bedrooms in the house which is reflected in the low asking price but it is still a double room and finished to a high standard. Your bathroom would be shared with only one other person because I have my own upstairs. Very fast broadband and Virgin Media package included.

About us:
I am a primary school teacher and George works in retail. George and I are both pretty busy during the week with work but it’s always nice to see a friendly face when you get home after a long day and have a laugh about unreasonable customers or parents! We are a quiet and mature household and get on really well together (we have lived together for about 2 years now) but lead active and independent lives away from each other. Often a couple of days may go by where we haven’t actually run into each other in the flat due to different schedules and social lives. Always available via text though, especially if you accidentally lock yourself out! Tend to socialise outside rather than having loads of people over all the time. We are very tidy and share cleaning responsibilities but also have a cleaner that comes every other week. We are looking for a tidy, mature and independent professional who would like to live in a quiet and relaxing home.
