VIRTUAL VIEWINGS FIRST - This is super quick (15 minutes at most) via zoom where we show you a 3D tour of the property. This gives a really good feel for the space and quality of the place and also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions, such as about the other housemates.

In person viewings - After the virtual viewing we can arrange an in person viewing/FaceTime viewing (if you're unable to see it in person).

The room is priced at £635pcm excluding bills of £100pcm, so every month you’ll be paying a total of £735pcm including the bills.

COUNCIL TAX BAND E : There is a ONE time payment of £150 for council tax contribution.

Room 4:

The room is located on the first floor and is furnished with a cozy single leather double bed (with ottoman storage underneath), a bedside table and a good sized built in wardrobe (so space for all your clothes) and there's even still space for you to put more storage in the room or your own desk. Your room comes with a physical CAT5e network/LAN cable, so you can wire directly into the internet - or you can use the wireless.

House:

The house has amazingly big rooms and an amazing living space comprised of a spacious well equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and comfy sofa and TV.

We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

The Area:

The house is a slightly longer walk of 13 minutes to Leytonstone Underground, however this is made up for by the awesomeness of the house. Leytonstone high road is within walking distance with it's shops and cute coffee shops. Plus you have a corner shop 2 minutes walk from the house and a big Tesco's also within walking distance.

Internet and working from home (WFH)

We have a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).

The Housemates:

The house has 5 single occupants in the other rooms and one couple so a total of 6 other housemates. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.
