Lovely rooms in professional share near station

Hiya,

I have a a few double rooms becoming available in beg of May in a modern professional house share a stones throw from the tube station.

Sharing with professionals - We would ideally would like someone from mid 20’s onwards who is friendly, respectful and clean! The house is immaculate and we want to keep it that way :)

The house is literally a 3 minute walk from the station. Leyton is very up and coming with many trendy places opening up on the nearby Francis Road and in Leytonstone. There is also a lovely food market which runs every Saturday and is a foodies dream! The house has all amenities within a 5 minute radius such as doctors surgery, post office, gym, groceries etc - all very convenient, not to mention Westfield shopping centre a mere 15 minute walk or 1 tube stop away!

The house has a large kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, separate living area, 2 shower rooms, another separate loo and great court yard garden all to be shared. The kitchen has 3 large fridge freezers - that's right 3!! , dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 double ovens, combi microwave, 5 burner gas hob and enough storage space to faciliate all sharers.

The rooms are furnished with a double bed, extra large wardrobe with shoe storage trays, chest of drawers and bedside tables. You can also squeeze in a desk if needed as well as extra bookshelf etc. There are also locks to the bedroom doors. Decor in all rooms is the same. They just vary in size.

The rent will include
- All bills- apart from gas and electric - split between 6 so isn’t a lot. Plus have smart meters so you can monitor.
- Sky TV with recording facilities
- Super fast fibre optic broadband
- A cleaner who comes twice a week!! for all communal areas.
- All cleaning products and loo roll! So no arguments over who is buying what :)
- Smart heating and hot water system (nest)
- Ring door bell security and outside cctv
