Cute Small Room In A House With Garden

Gorgeous mid sized terraced house, newly decorated, with a lovely south facing garden. The house is very homely and has lots of communal space.

Transport and the local area:
It is situated 5 mins walk from Leyton Tube which is on the central line and 15 mins walk to Stratford tube and international station.

There are great local amenities with the Olympic Park right on your doorstep, Hackney Wick a 20 min walk away and Westfield shopping centre around the corner.

I am looking for a professional person, who has a busy social and work life. This share wouldn't suit someone who is mainly home based for their work (in normal non pandemic times).

Who you will be living with:
You will be sharing with myself, who is a 36 year old art director/artist and with my with my Labradoodle dog - Barkley 🐶🧡 He is a lovely, playful dog, whose is fully trained and well behaved.

I enjoy healthy activities such as: yoga, running and walking, going to galleries and hanging out with my friends. I tend to keep the weekdays fairly quiet and go out at the weekends. I am also a vegetarian 🐛

The room is small with a small double bed that comes with new memory foam mattress. There is also a large Ikea Wardrobe and a fitted blind.

During Covid times I am working from home but I will be going back into the office 2/3 a week starting from around June. There is space for two people to work from home as there are two reception rooms with tables in downstairs, while we still have to work from home.

I am also practicing social distancing and keeping the house very clean and hygienic during this time.
