Great Room, Big House, Next To Tube, East End

I share with 3 friends at the moment in large Victorian house in a quiet leafy street next to the tube in Leytonstone. Close to all the amenities. We are all working professionals and one girl is moving away in a couple of weeks, so a room has just become available for 1 new girl to share with us.

The house is on Dyers Hall Road, which is only a 3 min walk to the central line tube station. We share all the communal spaces, a great garden which we enjoy using and keep tidy, it has a BBQ, pizza oven, table and chairs, sun loungers etc. A cosy kitchen with everything you'll need and plenty cupboard space, clean and tidy bathroom, tv room for lounging around, with Netflix and various applications for the latest movies. We also have a dining room with big table with another tv. This room gets used for dining, socialising, laptop days, and a glass of wine etc. There's also an outdoor dry safe space for bikes. ... House is big enough to find a quiet corner and relax, but we enjoy having a little get together and have friends over to.

Leytonstone if you haven't visited before is not far from the Olympic Stadium area in East London, Londons biggest shopping centre, Westfields, it's a 12 minute ride on the tube to Liverpool street, Canary Wharf or Shoreditch. 22 minutes to Oxford Circus. 15 min bus ride to Hackney and has 2 night buses that pass here. Some 24 hour shops, good selection of bars, live music, restaurants and shopping facilities. It's not a huge town so you can easily walk the whole place and we usually go out at night here when we go as it has everything we need, plus it's very quick and easy to get into zone 1 London as it's in a great location. We are also at the start of Epping forest which is fun for cycle rides, long walks or rowing a small hire boat on the lakes.

The room will be £785 per month, fully furnished, including all bills, fast internet and all has all the normal things you would expect around the house.
