Double Room to Rent in Leytonstone

The house is spacious and quiet with a nice homely feel to it (the photo’s don’t do it justice). Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and not just looking to share a living space. Would be great if it was someone who would be up for a drink at home or at one of the many local pubs (once lockdown eases up).

We are a gay couple aged 30 and 37 - 1 is Swiss and the other is South African.

During lockdown we have both been working from home following a normal office working day, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm based in the dining room. Weekday evenings we normally cook and watch tv (love anything SciFi related but have varied viewing tastes so up for trying most movies or shows). And on weekends they have mainly involved sitting in the garden, BBQing, occasional walks, listening to music and chatting/playing games with drinks in the evenings.

Outside of lockdown, during the week we both work in the westend & the city and evenings were similar to now with cooking, watching TV or paying video games with the occasional gym visit in the mornings. On weekends we are a lot more social, usually out catching up with friends at brunches, dinners and drinks. Summer was best spent in a pub garden or at a festival with friends drinking and enjoying the sunshine. We also loved travelling with visits back to Switzerland or holidays.

We are pretty laid back and easy going. Happy with people coming for drinks/dinner or staying over, the main thing is being thoughtful and considerate to each other but realising its all of our home that we are sharing.

10-15 min bus ride to Stratford station (Jubilee Line, Central Line, TFL rail, Overground, DLR) with 2 different busses every 5 minutes
