The room is at the back of the house with direct access to the long garden and with a beautiful fireplace. Quirky, cosy room.

This is an ex-family house (my family) so it has a nice atmosphere. 100-foot garden, recently redecorated throughout and well-maintained, with timber floors everywhere. It's a Victorian terrace in a cul-de-sac - so no through traffic. The end of the road is officially Epping Forest, common land and woods and the whole feel is quite rural in summer.
It also has a 42" flatscreen TV - all Sky channels, BT sport, Skyplus and superfast broadband.
It is a big sociable household but it doesn't seem crowded as the house is spacious and everyone is very considerate. All bills are included - and there is regular professional cleaning.
We are 5/10 minutes from Leytonstone tube which is central line, so easy for central London. There is a BR Overground station even closer on the Barking- Gospel Oak line. Buses to Stratford Walthamstow Ilford etc.
People in the house have various jobs but tend to be interested in music and the arts, travel and languages. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

I have recently upgraded - with a new kitchen, including two Nef steam/fan ovens and an extension will be built soon - with a lot of glass - so even more light can stream into the kitchen/social area!
