Hello. I'm offering a large, bright, furnished double room with lots of storage, in a spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet house with great transport links. I'm the only other occupant. The let is for Monday to Friday only and we could discuss cost further if you needed to stay or go on different days of the week.

Let includes bedroom, use of the upstairs bathroom (a few feet from your room on the landing) and use of downstairs kitchen, *not use of the living room, which is my space.

The kitchen has all amenities, fridge-freezer, cooker with gas hob and oven, microwave etc. All bills included, with high speed internet, and all bed linen/towels/cleaning supplies/kitchen essentials are provided.

The house is located in a quiet, leafy estate. Leytonstone Central Line Station is a 10 minute walk away, and from there, Central London is about 20 minutes away. Leytonstone High Road Overground Station is a 5 minute walk away. Trains run every 15 minutes, and it takes 8 minutes to get to Blackhorse Road on the Victoria line. From there it's about 10 minutes to Kings Cross or 20 minutes to Oxford Circus. A bus runs to Stratford from a stop a couple of minutes away. It takes about 10-15 minutes by bus to get to Stratford Station on the Jubilee Line (direct to London Bridge),, the Central Line and the Overground

Leytonstone is a safe and friendly area with quite a few trendy coffee shops and bars/restaurants/pubs nearby. The house is situated on the edge of Epping forest, so there is plenty of green space a short walk away. Tesco Express is 2 minutes from the house and there is a 24 hour Tesco in Leytonstone and an Asda in Leyton.

I have a cat who is quiet and friendly. A weekly cleaner is included in the rent who can also clean your room if you'd like. Please keep communal areas clean and tidy :)

I work from home Monday to Friday (and Saturday mornings) so you're expected to be out during office hours during the week. I don't work before 11am weekdays, so it's fine to use the kitchen in the mornings. I work approximately 3 evenings a week, no later than 7.30pm. I would share my schedule with you, as this means being fairly quiet if you got home while I was working.

I'm easy-going, happy to have an occasional chat or a glass of wine. I also enjoy my own space and rubbish tv :) This let would suit someone who was respectful, responsible and also happy to have their own space. Please contact me for further details.
