Your Room

We are looking to rent this beautiful and comfortable room.

The house:

4 bedroom house with a garden, living room with a very large sofa, a medium size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a dining room but we use it more as laundry. All furnished.

There is a cleaner coming every week but every one is required to clean after his/herself all the time. You have to add 6 or 8 pound a week for the cleaner as it is not included in the price. The bills are around 40/50 pound each every month.

Transports:

Even though we are in Leytonstone, Leyton high street is closer. There is the central line in Leyton 5/10 minutes walking distance. 15 minutes to get to Liverpool street. you can get in less than 5 minutes to Stratford where you can get the Jubilee line, DLR or national rails. From there it will take you 15/20 minutes to Canary Wharf.

Shops:

All shops are in the same area and are all 5/10 minutes walking distance from the house: TK MAXX, very big Asda, small Sainsbury , Burger king, KFC, Pizza Hut and Poundland.

There are also two gyms: Fitness first and Better gym both 5 minutes walking distance.

Flatmates:

We are 3 flatmates at present but now 1 is living so we will be just 2. We are one guy and one girl of 24 and 28 year old. For now we are looking for an additional flatmate to join our home.

We would like to find someone clean and with common sense.
