Lovely Double Bedroom - En-Suite

Hello!

We have a fantastic room available from November the 6th in Leytonstone . The room is gorgeous and extremely spacious with its own private detached bathroom that contains a high pressure shower and bath. It has a lovely view of luscious green trees just outside and brand new wooden floorboards have just been fitted into the room as well. The rest of the house has just been refurbished as well so the carpets are brand new and the walls have just been freshly painted.

The room is technically supposed to be unfurnished but the landlord has been very generous and has provided a very large triple wardrobe, new blinds that have recently been fitted in, a large full length mirror and a beautiful white wooden bed frame for a double bed. The room does not come with a mattress but I just bought an excellent hypoallergenic orthopaedic mattress so that could be bought off me if interested!

The housemates are very friendly - all working professionals in their mid twenties to early thirties. Laura works in hospitality, Bhagya teaches dance, and Emma works in Office Administration. Bhagya is due to leave soon but is already in the process of finding a replacement. Emma and Laura have been living here for quite some time and are always up for going to the pub and hanging out and watching a movie. They are very friendly and easy to get along with and like to keep the house neat and tidy.

The house has a cleaning rota that the girls will go through with you when you meet them. It is a fairly straightforward system of each person just giving the house a good clean on a week out of the month. All bills are included - that includes council tax, water, internet, and gas and electrics taken care of with no additional costs.

The landlord is lovely and has been personally redoing everything in the house himself so the house has a nice clean and fresh feeling. The lounge has a nice bright window with a table and comfortable seating. The kitchen includes all the basic amenities (a brand new kettle, good washing machine, oven, stovetop, fridge, and spacious cupboards).

Location wise - the house is literally less than a 4 minute walk to Leytonstone station which is very well connected (on the boundary of zones 3 and 4 central line). There are ample parks around with Wanstead Park and of course the massive Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park just a stone's throw away - a paradise for those who love to cycle about!
