1-3 days / week - Double room | renovated|garden

I am looking for a person (sorry no couples or children) who needs to be in London for work a couple of days a week.
It is a spacious house I bought 3 years that has been renovated to a high standard. It is situated opposite Epping Forest which you can see out the front windows.

The bedroom is a double with built in wardrobe cupboards (please note that I would need to keep things in the end cupboard but there is plenty of space). There are also pullout drawers under the bed. )

There are two bathrooms , one with a shower and the other with a bath.

There is a laundry room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a large open plan kitchen diner and dishwasher.

There is a garden and patio, the photo limit means I can’t show it here!

I work from home so I'm afraid it would only suit someone who works from the office.

I am pretty chilled but looking for someone who will wipe the kitchen worktop and be considerate with noise!

Also to let you know that a medium size rescue dog called Poppy lives in the house so you will need to be dog friendly. She is super chilled once you have passed the welcome test!

Nearest tube is Leytonstone on the central line that goes to Liverpool Street in 15 mins and west end in 25 mins, it’s approx 10 min walk to the tube

£50 per night during mutual trial
