We have 2 spacious double bedrooms available in a lovely fully furnished house. The house is a 5 minute walk away from Leytonstone station and a minute away from the closest bus stops so it's brilliant for both students and professionals!

You are perfectly welcome to take one or both of the rooms. One room is £650 and the other is £750 and they are located on the first floor with a bathroom and kitchen. We are happy to take couples for a little extra, just ask!

The landlord is a very lovely lady who is attentive to what a tenant needs and we are hoping to have some lovely tenants too. If you think that's you then get in touch! Note that, due to the amount of interest, there may be a delay in my response. The landlord has received many offers, many of which are above the asking prices however, finding the right person for a good landlord-tenant relationship is important too so don't panic!
