I have a decent sized sunny double bedroom overlooking the garden. Home is only five minutes walk away from the tube station. It is a very clean, neat and tidy home The flat comes with all mod cons in the kitchen including washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, air fryer, food processor etc. The bathroom is a shower bath combo. Bedroom has double bed, drawers with mirror and clothes rail. Garden is huge and a nice place for a cocktail in the summer. The place itself is very homely in a nice road with lots of families. I have security cameras as well as professional locks. The bedroom has lock on the door.
The area is very close to a host of sporting facilities including the Olympic pool, Lea valley rowing centre, Lea Valley watersports centre, Lea Valley horse riding centre and also is close to the largest forest in London should you enjoy running and hiking. East London boast some of the best long distance running routes. The culinary scene has improved with a very affordable and decent Thai restaurant (mum loves thai), a great cafe nero, the largest market in europe is a fifteen minutes walk away where you can get your pound a bowls and a host of other exotic ingredients. You are also only 10 minutes on tube to Bank and Liverpool St and 25 minutes away from Tottenham court road. There are well routed buses going into Hackney and central London. I have been known to use them early in the mornings for my trips to Billingsgate market. There is also a large fruit, vege and flower market fifteen minutes away from bus. This place is wonderful. All bills included (within reasonable use).
