All bills included , very large room with a double bed , new windows recently installed and a new kitchen has been fitted , lovely large house. We have a very large bathroom with both shower and bath both separate, a living room and a sunroom / conservatory which is also very large. A very large garden too which is a little work in progress but will be sorted soon.
Would Prefer a female tenant, rather than a male but will still accept a male tenant
5 mins from Leytonstone high road station
10 mins from Leytonstone station
Buses close by etc
