Cosy double room in Leytonstone

We’re looking for two new housemates to join our relaxed and welcoming home in Leytonstone. The house is just an 8-minute walk from Leytonstone Station (Central Line) and the High Street, with excellent bus links to Walthamstow, Leyton, Stratford and Woodford. Local shops include Tesco, Aldi, M&S and Sainsbury’s Local, and you can be at Stratford Westfield in 15 minutes or central London / Essex in about 25 minutes.

The double room is spacious, light-filled and comes fully furnished with a brand-new double bed and mattress (with storage), sofa, wardrobe, two chest of drawers and a desk with chair. Recently refurbished and with all bills included, it’s ready to move straight in. The house also has a WC downstairs, a shared bathroom upstairs, and a large kitchen-diner, a living room and a garden.

You’ll be sharing with me (32, self-employed), my two housemates, and my friendly cat. We are easy-going, tidy, and sociable. The house has a relaxed, friendly vibe, and we like to keep it clean and comfortable. You’re always welcome to join in for a chat, a meal or a game night, but there’s no pressure – we respect each other’s space.

We’re looking for a single professional female who is tidy, considerate, reliable with rent, happy to live with a cat, and planning to stay for a minimum of 6 months.
