Spacious room available from January in a cute flat in Leytonstone, room overlooking a large private garden, access to garden from the kitchen.

Looking for a professional female as the flat is quite small, sorry guys!

You will have access to your bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom and garden only.

Please note: there's no use of the living room as this will be my room.
Reflected in the rent price.

I have a cat, so will need to be ok with pets.

5 min walk from Leytonstone tube station (central line) and 5 mins walk to high street with plenty of shops.

Looking for someone quiet, considerate and clean. Not a party house or somewhere to invite people back to. More of a clean cosy home to feel safe in and convenient on a short term basis.

If you need the room before Jan, please message me as there is some flex there on moving in dates.

About me: friendly, quiet and respectful. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, so will need a bit of consideration during those days.

Non negotiables:

Cleanliness - have to be clean and tidy, cleaning the kitchen after using, cleaning the bathroom after use.
I will not have someone who leave dirt and mess behind. If you are not used to cleaning or are not willing to then this is not the flat for you, please do not apply for the room.
