The room is big and bright, comes with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and desk and chair are available of required!

The property has 3 bathroom to share, with shower and bathtub, plus 2 ensuites, so plenty of facilities!

2 kitchens serve the property, with lots of storage space.

A huge garden (still a work in progress!) Is accessible at the back through a patio, covered and protected from the rain, with seating

All bills are included in the rent, with very fast internet (the new community fiber)

We also include cleaning service!

Both washing machine and dryer are available in both kitchens

We also have Katara, the house mascot, as you can admire from the picture, so while you must be dog friendly, she definitely is human friendly :)

The house is 13 minutes from Leytonstone Station, 8 minutes from Leyton Midland station, and a bus stop is just around the corner.

Whipps Cross Hospital is just 5 minutes away
