En-suite master bedroom in Leytonstone. Bills incl

Hey, I’m Chris. I’m looking to rent out the master bedroom in my 2-bedroom new-build Leytonstone flat. The advertised price includes all bills. This room comes with an en-suite and the flat has been recently renovated. Flat has a large open plan living / dining and kitchen area, plus 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a stone’s throw from Leyton Midland Station and a 15 minute walk to either Leytonstone or Leyton tube. Lots of great pubs, breweries, cafes just a short walk away.

In terms of me, I’m an easygoing professional in my mid-30s. I’m looking for a flatmate who is also a working professional, clean/tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I’m not at the flat full time so there would be times when you’d have the flat to yourself.
